2. Services Description

SPRK provides AI-powered Solana token risk analysis, ATS-optimized resume services, AI chatbot development, and website development. The scanner tool is offered both as a free limited version and a paid full-report version. The scanner source code is open source under the MIT License.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, and not interfere with the operation of our platform. Any misuse, including automated scraping or abuse of the free tier, may result in restricted access.

4. Intellectual Property

The SPRK Scanner source code is open source and licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it, including commercially, provided the license notice is retained. The SPRK name, logo, and branding are trademarks and are not covered by that license. Paid deliverables from our other services (such as reports, custom code, or designs) are transferred to the client only upon full payment received.

5. Limitation of Liability

SPRK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The scanner tool is for educational purposes — not financial advice.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed during onboarding. All payments are non-refundable per our Refund Policy. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage and the nature of the service provided.

2. Before Work Begins

If no work has been started on your project, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. After Work Has Started

If work has begun, you may receive a refund for the uncompleted portion of the project, minus applicable administrative fees.

4. Completed Deliverables

Once a deliverable has been fully completed and delivered, no refund will be issued unless the deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We offer free revisions to address reasonable concerns. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
